Great food. I highly recommend the #1 on the dinner. The people are very friendly. The egg flour soup was delicious. Highly recommend.

Was super excited for the peppered shrimp, but as soon as the styrofoam was opened, 2 lovely dark hairs sets front and center. Safe to say, I didn't eat it.

Good food, nice portion for the price. Had late lunch so couldn't finish it all. Got box. Staff very nice although they had one gal that didn't understood English. Restaurant was empty but it was late and close to closing for the night. The only thing I might add is the general tso chicken was breaded. I thought that was unique and not quite what I had expected per se.

Delicious, nice people, great food and a lot for the money. The Chinese mustard is so good. If I ever come back through here I will stop again.

Another new place to try. Very Spartan interior.
This place seems authentic. It just opened this weekend, and it literally looks like they are not done with the interior. This is literally the first weekend..... no soft opening for them. 20% off today with cash.
The Zhong's Dumplings were Meh.... the sauce was too sweet for me
The Tofu with Salted Egg was the winner in my books. The silky tofu and the sauce were excellent.
The Chanterelle dish was definitely earthy. While the mushrooms were imported, they were probably dried in china. This dish has a specific flavor and quality which is better when fresh ones are used. I added a touch of the sauce from the beef. Made it much better. Helped to cut the (used during drying presumably) preservative taste.
The beef and smoked bamboo... the bamboo and the sauce were fantastic. This is a real tough cut of beef. It needs to either be stewed for a day(or more) or pressure cooked before being braised. Smaller pieces would be helpful. Great flavor though.
I really wanted to like the beef in hot sour broth...it's not to my liking. The wife said it was authentic. The beef looked like hot-pot beef, but very fatty.
All in all, I really hope this place makes it. Doesn't seem to have an identity. Maybe it's the lack of decoration, or window treatments...
I wish them luck.
